This little legend has progressed from our Romford Skills centre all the way into our elite squads! Freddie has been working incredibly hard for the past 3 years, and his dedication has truly paid off! So proud to see him sign a schoolboy contract with Charlton Academy!
I truly believe the club is the perfect fit for Freddie, with their amazing Academy pathway and track record for developing young players, he is in the right environment. For 3 years, I’ve had the privilege of being Freddie’s 1-to-1 coach, Freddie has displayed so much hunger and desire to improve and his confidence has grown tremendously. He is a top athlete who is extremely coachable, intelligent and has the right competitive mentality for this environment.
